He also served as Vice President of Services at MobileAccess Networks, a leading provider of in-building wireless solutions, where he was responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget. Before joining MobileAccess, David was a Director at XO Communications where he led national network deployment and service initiatives. Prior to that, he was Director of Business Operations at Iridium, and managed systems development and delivery at Verizon and as a consultant at Accenture. Throughout his career, David has capitalized on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits, and team-centered cultures. He combines strong organization and communication skills with a proven ability to conceptualize, architect, and implement successful solutions for complex customer needs.

Kwan Kim

About: Kwan is a senior finance professional with three decades of financial and management experience, in a variety of public and private settings. He has expertise in a number of accounting systems and platforms, including QuickBooks, implementing Oracle-based financial systems, and ensuring Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance. Kwan is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Virginia. Prior to joining Widelity, Kwan served as the CFO for PSI International, and also BizFlow Corp, both Washington DC area government contractors. Kwan also has extensive non-governmental experience, including manufacturing, real estate, and financial advisory and consulting services firms.

Parag is an accomplished athlete in the Telecom sector, with over 25 years of global leadership experience in launching next generation technologies. Focusing on business development and professional services delivery, Parag has built profitable network engineering services and software businesses, and managed high-performance organizations throughout Europe and the Americas. Multi-year strategy and engineering engagements with companies such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, Time Warner Cable, McKinsey, IBM, Nokia, Ericsson, and Samsung have further enabled him to deliver innovative solutions to address and solve complex problems in multibillion-dollar technology ecosystems. As head of the TeleworX consulting division, Parag utilized a blend of strong strategic, operational, and financial discipline to elevate the company to become a joint solutions partner to Tier 1 US service providers. Prior to TeleworX, Parag enjoyed a successful engineering career with Siemens A.G., where he managed concurrent large-scale RF network design and implementation programs in both Europe and Asia. Sanford Jewett

About: Practice Areas: Sanford is a veteran of the mobile & satellite industries, having worked in various sectors of the wireless industry for over 30 years. He helped bring into existence some of the modern telecommunications networks that today are the engine for communication and commerce worldwide, launching new services including pagers, cell phones, mobile satellite phones and broadband terminals, and more recently M2M (or IoT) solutions. His broad experience, gained from working with a variety of network operators, gives Sanford a rich understanding of wireless technologies and business models. Over the years, he has worked in many different countries, and held management positions in a number of functional areas — Business Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations. This broad exposure has afforded him an understanding of market dynamics and cultural norms, and a deep network of contacts worldwide. On the satellite technology side, he has worked with a number of the leading MSS and FSS operators (L-Band, Ku-Band, Ka-Band, S-band.) On the terrestrial wireless side, he has worked with cellular operators (GSM/LTE, CDMA, WiMAX) as well as cable MSOs and ISPs.

After being recruited to manage HR and Payroll for Widelity in 2011, she has since sourced and implemented back-office systems for timekeeping, payroll, and contract management, and established required processes and procedures. Lisa also provides various operational and financial reports to management as needed. Prior to Widelity, Lisa served in project management for XO Communications, NAS, and Verizon Avenue where she worked in provisioning, process engineering, business analysis, requirements, and financial and operational reporting.

About: Gain has over three decades of Telecommunications and Information Technology management experience focusing on communications product development and services development & support. Prior to joining Widelity, Gain managed his own consulting firm serving clients in the voice and IP industries and headed Service Development for Cable & Wireless’ Global Markets division serving large multinational clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. He was responsible for overseeing the implementation of an integrated global network management platform. Establishing and developing operations centers (NOCs) in Bangalore, India and Hong Kong, Gain’s team employed a global network management platform in support of Managed Network Services products successfully serving the United States, European and Asian markets. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and developing managed services solutions from a client’s and vendor’s perspectives. A service operations expert with a sound grasp of developing and integrating operations process development based on ITIL with OSS tools to enhance operations staff efficiency, he is well versed in all business elements required to achieve effective operations management. Gain is also experienced in developing business continuity and disaster recovery models and plans.

Prior to Stargazer, he developed and launched PropertyChannel.com, a joint venture of Cox Newspapers, Tribune Company, Knight-Ridder and Advance Publications. Mike also spent a number of years in television and satellite communications including time with Bell Atlantic Video Services overseeing the creation of interactive services, and managing the programming acquisition. He was Vice President of Programming at SKYPIX as well as the Director of Film Acquisition. at Showtime/The Movie Channel.
