Challenge/Opportunity

Re-establish an operating company to deploy and manage a 24 & 39 GHz nationwide wireless network, and successfully exit within two years with a sale to a major wireless carrier.

Solution

Widelity contributed experienced operations and finance executives to build out the company – from bare floors, empty office space, and an idea.  Deliverables included back office systems and processes, operations, IT, logistics, procurement, finance, engineering, and a network operations center, which were all developed using least-cost tools, configured and organized, and integrated into a lean, efficient organization.
